Payment

Payments are made through Google Checkout which is a fast, safe and convenient way to shop online.
The amount payable for an item is that shown on the website at the time of ordering. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

If you have any difficulty using our site please let us know as we want to make shopping at Kosmopolitan a simple and easy experience.

Natural Products

Because all our baskets are handmade from natural materials there may be some variation in size and colour.
All measurements are in centimetres and are approximate.

Delivery

Delivery is £4.95, usually within 2-4 working days, for Mainland UK only. Delivery is free for orders of £50.00 and over. On despatch of your item we will email you with an expected delivery date. For deliveries to UK Highlands and Islands please contact us.

Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address as a signature will be required. Signing for your parcel means you agree it has arrived in good condition. If a parcel arrives damaged, please sign as 'damaged on arrival', notify us within 24 hours and we will claim through the delivery company and replace your purchase.

Returns Policy

You may cancel an order at any point until it is despatched. If you wish to return an item once it has been received, please inform us within 7 days. The cost of delivery and return will be your responsibility. Please return it in its original packaging and unused condition by an insured and 'signed for' Delivery Company, to reach us within 7 days. The cost of the item will be refunded when received by us.

If you wish to order items which are marked Out of Stock please contact us for an estimated date for the product to arrive in stock.

Privacy Policy

We may occasionally send out newsletters to keep you informed of new products and offers.
If you do not wish to receive these please untick the "promotional email" box at checkout.

We will not use your personal details for any purpose other than supplying goods ordered from us.
